The focus is practical direction, honest judgment and working systems rather than generic AI enthusiasm or unreviewed chatbot output.

Where the experience comes from
Business development and sales operations: lead response, CRM workflows, follow-up systems and the ordinary operational work of getting enquiries answered and opportunities tracked. That background informs an approach that starts from where work actually gets stuck rather than from a list of tools.

Workflow and systems design
Mapping how a process really runs, as opposed to how it is described: where things are delayed, where information lives, where handoffs break, and where a decision still depends on somebody remembering. Those are the points the audit examines.

Building the thing afterwards
AI agents, automations, dashboards, internal tools and first-version software. Recommending a build is easier to do honestly when you have to be the one who builds it, which is the main reason implementation experience matters to an audit that is mostly about deciding what not to build.

How an audit is worked through
The questionnaire is read in full, the situation is written back before anything is recommended, and opportunities are sorted by what would make the most difference for the least effort. AI is used as a working tool during research and drafting, the way any modern practitioner uses it. It is not what you receive.

Why Dekundy Group stays tool-agnostic
No affiliate fee, referral payment or commission is taken from any tool named in an audit. Dekundy Group can earn separate implementation fees. Implementation is optional, and the advice remains yours to use yourself or take to another provider. Vendor independence means recommendations should be based on fit; it does not mean there is no commercial incentive.

Why ruling things out matters
“Keep this manual”, “the software you already pay for covers this” and “do not prioritize that yet” are legitimate conclusions that the audit must consider. Anybody can produce a list of things you could do with AI. The useful work is deciding which of them are worth your attention this quarter.
