Dekundy Group is led by Adam Dekundy, a sales and workflow operator focused on turning business bottlenecks into AI-assisted systems, internal tools, dashboards, automations, and first-version software.
The work draws on sales operations, CRM workflows, lead response systems, and internal process design. Engagements start by listening to the operator: where work gets delayed, where information lives, where handoffs break, and where decisions still depend on memory.
From there it is implementation work: translating those observations into mapped workflows, automation layers, AI-assisted routines, intake logic, reporting infrastructure, and lightweight technical builds scoped around real use.
The focus is practical AI implementation, not vendor pitching. The goal is a working system tested against how the business actually runs.
