Written Workflow Audit refund policy (retired offer)
The $49 Written Workflow Audit is no longer offered. These terms remain published for anyone who purchased it before it was retired. It was a fixed-scope written review. If you purchased the audit but did not submit the intake form, contact adam@dekundygroup.com. If work has not started, a refund can be reviewed. Once the written review has been delivered, the audit is generally not refundable because the work has already been completed.
Setup services policy
Business Email & Trust Setup, Founder Business Launch Setup, Workflow Mapping Sessions, and First System Builds are scoped before work begins. Pricing, deliverables, access requirements, and timing are confirmed before setup work starts.
Information collected
Dekundy Group may collect information you submit through forms, including your name, email, business name, website, workflow details, tool stack, and operational context. This information is used to respond to your request, prepare written recommendations, or complete approved setup work.
Third-party services
Dekundy Group may use services such as Stripe, Formspree, Google Workspace, Calendly, Vercel, and other workflow tools to operate the website, collect requests, schedule calls, process payments, and deliver services.
No legal, tax, cybersecurity, or managed IT advice
Dekundy Group provides practical workflow, setup, and automation support. It does not provide legal, tax, cybersecurity, accounting, or managed IT services. Complex, regulated, or enterprise environments may require a specialist provider.
