AI Setup Session (CA$299 paid pilot)

One person. One main AI environment. One or two agreed simple workflows. The task, prerequisites and acceptance are agreed before payment. An audit is optional. Setup includes relevant configuration, a worked example, guided practice and a short reference handover. One bounded clarification or correction thread within seven calendar days of the session.

The customer uses their own account and handles sign-in. Third-party subscriptions are separate and disclosed. The agreed routine must be demonstrated and the customer able to repeat its main steps. If permissions or the task make the session unsuitable, resolve that before payment or offer rescheduling or a refund. Existing commitments and applicable customer rights remain in place.

Custom integrations, team-wide rollouts, migrations, unattended autonomous systems, extensive document cleanup, general IT, password recovery and unlimited support are excluded. Included follow-up clarifies or corrects the agreed setup; new tasks require a separate scope.

Build My Idea and defined projects

An idea project is a paid discovery or build engagement, not a cofounding, investment, equity or revenue-share arrangement. No prior audit or AI feature is required. Significant uncertainty may require Workflow & System Design, from CA$750 for a suitably narrow brief, before a fixed build quote. The existing qualifying design-credit terms below apply.

The written quote defines the deliverable, whether it is a prototype or production product, milestones, acceptance, revisions, handover and third-party costs. The customer owns and operates the business and is responsible for marketing, distribution and customers. No revenue, profitability or product-market-fit guarantee is made. These boundaries do not remove Dekundy Group's agreed delivery or defect-correction obligations.

On full payment, the customer receives the agreed project-specific deliverables and access needed to operate them. Reusable methods/components and third-party licenses retain their own terms. Any continuing support is separately scoped; it is not a condition for correcting a covered implementation defect.

Engagements and payment

Dekundy Group offers the AI & Efficiency Audit, AI Setup Session and scoped implementation, including design, custom builds and Build My Idea projects. Prices shown on the website are in Canadian dollars. The audit is a fixed price. Workflow & System Design starts at CA$750 and is quoted in writing for larger scopes. Custom System Builds are quoted in writing after scoping; scope, price, timing and success criteria are confirmed before any build work begins.

Paid work starts after written confirmation of the scope and price, and after any deposit stated in the quote has been received.

AI & Efficiency Audit (CA$49)

One individual or small-business context, focused on up to three related priority friction points and principal recommendations. Fewer are appropriate when they give you the useful answer. The audit is a written, human-reviewed starting plan prepared from the questionnaire you complete. The questionnaire is free to complete and is not submitted for review until the CA$49 payment is completed. It identifies priority opportunities, a recommended approach, what not to change, an implementation sequence and a 30-day starting plan, and includes a 15-minute review call scheduled after the written audit has been delivered. Recommendations are written in plain language and explain what each one means, why it matters, what would be involved and what you could reasonably do yourself. It is a plan, not a guarantee of revenue, savings or business results, and it does not include implementation. Recommendations are made on fit alone: Dekundy Group receives no commission, affiliate fee or referral payment from any tool named in an audit. Dekundy Group can separately earn implementation fees; the advice remains portable and implementation optional.

Completing the questionnaire is free. The completed AI & Efficiency Audit is delivered within 5 business days of payment confirmation. While you fill in the questionnaire, answers stay in this browser, with a local recovery copy where browser storage is available. When you continue to checkout, your answers are stored on our server before Stripe opens. They enter human review only after payment is confirmed. A paid audit can be refunded before delivery. After delivery, audits are generally not refundable, subject to applicable customer rights and any existing commitments. Request a refund by emailing adam@dekundygroup.com with your payment reference. The Build Guarantee applies to implementation work only.

Workflow & System Design (from CA$750)

A Design engagement maps one workflow as it works today, agrees baseline measures and success criteria, and delivers a build-ready design with a recommended architecture, human approval points, integration and data requirements, risks, an implementation scope and a fixed build quote. Larger scopes covering several connected workflows are quoted separately.

The Design may conclude that a build is not the right answer. That conclusion is part of the value of the engagement and does not entitle you to a refund of the design fee.

The 30-day design credit

The full Workflow & System Design fee is credited toward a Custom System Build when all three of the following are true:

• The subsequent build is CA$2,500 or greater.
• The build begins within 30 days of the Design being delivered.
• The Design recommended proceeding to implementation.

Design credit: when it does not apply

If the Design concludes that building is not recommended, there is no build and no implementation credit is relevant. If a build begins more than 30 days after delivery, or is below CA$2,500, the design fee is not credited. The credit is applied once, against the first build invoice.

Custom System Build

Every build is scoped in writing: what the system does, which systems it connects to, who approves what, how it will be tested, and the success criteria it will be measured against. Public figures on the website ("builds start around CA$2,500") are starting points; your price is the one in your quote.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. Requests to change the agreed function of the system during the build are treated as scope changes, not corrections.

The Build Guarantee

Before a build starts, we agree on what the system needs to accomplish. If the delivered system does not perform the agreed function or meaningfully improve the specific workflow we agreed to fix, Dekundy Group keeps working on the implementation at no additional implementation fee until it does.

Covers the agreed function of the system and the specific workflow we agreed to fix. It does not cover outcomes outside that agreement.

The guarantee is about the agreed system, function and workflow criteria. It is not a guarantee of revenue, sales, profit, return on investment, advertising performance or customer acquisition.

• Revenue, profit, sales volume or the number of customers you win
• How your team chooses to adopt or use the system
• Market demand, advertising performance or lead volume
• Third-party platform uptime, external APIs remaining available, or external software pricing
• Outcomes that depend on customer or client participation
• Results outside the agreed system, function and success criteria

Corrections, revisions and post-launch support

Implementation issues within the agreed scope, discovered during testing or after launch, are corrected under the Build Guarantee at no additional implementation fee. Changes to what the system is supposed to do are revisions and are quoted.

Ongoing support after launch (monitoring, agent and prompt refinements, workflow adjustments, small changes) is available and is scoped and quoted after handover. Support is optional and is not required for the guarantee to apply to the delivered system.

Your responsibilities

Builds depend on access and decisions from your side. You agree to provide the access, accounts, sample data and documents named in the scope; to make the people who run the workflow available for testing; to review and approve outputs that require your approval; and to tell Dekundy Group promptly when something is not working as agreed.

Delays caused by outstanding access, information or approvals extend the timeline and do not trigger the guarantee.

Third-party services, external APIs and subscriptions

Systems are built on tools you already use where practical, and may depend on third-party services, external APIs, AI model providers and software subscriptions. Those services are contracted, paid for and controlled by you (or by the provider), not by Dekundy Group, unless the quote says otherwise.

Dekundy Group is not responsible for third-party platform uptime, changes to an external API or its pricing, a provider withdrawing a service, or changes in AI model behaviour outside the agreed system. Where a third-party change breaks an agreed function, the correction is quoted as a change unless the quote includes support for it.

Cancellation

You may cancel a Design or Build engagement in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced at the agreed rate or in proportion to the agreed price, and any deposit is applied to it. Deliverables completed and paid for are yours. Dekundy Group may pause or end an engagement if access or approvals are not provided for an extended period, with notice by email.

Deliverables and ownership

When an engagement is paid in full, the deliverables built for you (workflows, configurations, prompts, code and documentation specific to your system) are yours to use, modify and have maintained by anyone you choose. Dekundy Group keeps the right to reuse general methods, templates and non-client-specific components in other work. Third-party tools remain under their own licences.

Information you submit

Dekundy Group collects the information you submit through the website: your name, email, business or website, what you want to improve or build, any optional details you add, and the page and campaign parameters you arrived with. It is used to respond to your request, prepare the audit or a quote, and understand which pages bring enquiries. This submitted information is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers, including Meta. The questionnaire never asks for passwords, account credentials or system access, and you should not send them. Advertising cookies used for marketing measurement are separate and are covered below.

During an engagement, business information you share (documents, records, access) is used only for that engagement, handled as agreed in the scope, and not used to train AI models. Where safeguards you need cannot be agreed, that part of the work is left out of scope.

Third-party services used by this website

Unpaid server records become eligible for deletion after 7 days; a payment still processing has a 30-day window, and a failed payment has a new 7-day window. Expired records are removed when the next successful questionnaire submission runs cleanup, so deletion is not guaranteed on the expiry date. Paid records are excluded from that cleanup. Browser recovery copies expire when next opened after 30 days or can be removed by clearing site storage. Questionnaires attached to paid audits are kept as needed for delivery, review and follow-up, and can be deleted on request once the engagement is complete, subject to required payment and accounting records. Limited source and campaign labels are stored with the audit for attribution; questionnaire answers are not sent to analytics or to Meta.

The website and the delivery of services use Formspree (form submissions and reviewer notifications), Vercel (hosting and privacy-preserving analytics), Neon (the database holding audit questionnaires), Google Workspace (email), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement) and workflow tools agreed per engagement. Questionnaire answers are never sent to analytics or advertising services, and never included in payment records.

Advertising, cookies and Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel for advertising and conversion measurement: working out whether a visit from a Meta ad (Facebook or Instagram) turned into genuine interest. It uses a cookie and similar browser technology, and it loads on every visit to this website. It reports page views only.

The Meta Pixel sends Meta a record of the pages you view on this site, along with standard technical details your browser sends to any site (such as browser type and general location). It does not receive your name, email, questionnaire answers, form contents, or anything else you type into this website — Dekundy Group does not pass that information to it. It currently reports page views only; if that changes to cover specific actions (for example, starting the audit questionnaire), this section will be updated first.

Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, Dekundy Group's payment processor, and are never seen, stored or passed to Meta or to any advertising service by Dekundy Group or this website.

Not legal, tax, cybersecurity or managed IT advice

Dekundy Group designs and builds workflow, automation and software systems. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or managed IT services, and it does not replace professional judgment in regulated work. Complex, regulated or enterprise environments may require a specialist provider.

Retired offers

The $49 Written Workflow Audit and the Business Launch Setup packages are no longer offered. The AI Starting Point Blueprint was renamed the AI & Efficiency Audit and is the same CA$49 engagement, now including a 15-minute review call. If you purchased a retired offer and have an open question, contact adam@dekundygroup.com. Retired-offer purchases that were not started can have a refund reviewed; delivered work is generally not refundable.
