01

What you are actually buying

You stop guessing.

The document has six sections, ranked recommendations and a 30-day plan. None of that is the reason to buy it. This is.

  • 01You know where AI could realistically help, and where it could not
  • 02You see possibilities you had not considered
  • 03You know which tools may actually be relevant to your situation
  • 04You know which tools and ideas are probably unnecessary
  • 05You know where repetitive work could be reduced
  • 06You know what could be automated, and what could be improved without automating anything
  • 07You know when the software you already pay for is enough
  • 08You understand when something custom might make sense
  • 09You know what to do first, and what can wait

You will leave with a clearer understanding of what is possible, what is worth pursuing, and what your next step should be.

No percentage, saving or result is promised. The audit is a considered, prioritized opinion about your situation, and it is written to be useful whether or not you ever work with Dekundy Group again.

02

Written to be used

A plan you can actually understand.

Recommendations are not useful if they leave you with more questions than answers. Every recommendation is explained in practical language: what it means, why it could help, what would be involved, and where to start. No technical background required.

  • What is being recommended

Described in ordinary language, not as a product category.

  • Why it matters

What problem it solves, and what it is worth solving.

  • What it would change

How the work would actually be different afterwards.

  • Which tools are relevant

Named specifically, including ones you already pay for.

  • How difficult it is

An honest read on effort, not a sales estimate.

  • What to do first

One concrete starting action, not a strategy.

  • What can wait

And what is not worth doing at all.

  • What you can do yourself

Each recommendation explains whether you can act on it yourself.

  • When help is worth it

Named only where it genuinely is, never as a default.

Every recommendation in the audit follows the same shape, so nothing arrives as a term you have to go and look up.

Technical terms appear only where they are genuinely useful, and always with the plain explanation first. “A searchable assistant that answers questions from your own documents”, not “an LLM-based RAG pipeline”.

03

What you receive

A practical plan, not a generic AI report.

Six sections covering one context and up to three principal recommendations, including what to defer or leave alone and a 30-day starting plan. Every audit is read, corrected and signed off by a person before it is sent.

AI & Efficiency Audit

Human reviewed

Illustrative example. Not a real customer, and no result is implied.

01

Where things stand, and what you want

A two-person service business taking roughly 40 enquiries a month through a website form, a phone line and social messages. Quotes are written by hand. The goal is to stop losing enquiries without adding another tool nobody has time to learn.

02

What is getting in the way

  • Enquiries arrive in three places and are sorted by hand
  • Follow-up happens when someone remembers
  • The weekly numbers are rebuilt from the same two spreadsheets
  • The same background research is repeated for every new enquiry

03

What is worth doing, in order

Four things worth considering, plotted by the difference they would make against how much work they are to set up.

Start hereEffort to set up →Difference it makes →1234
Automate new lead follow-upStop redoing the same researchStop rebuilding the weekly numbersBuild custom software

04

Two recommendations, in full

The same seven questions answered for every recommendation, in plain language. One that needs no new software, and one that involves real setup, so the honest range is visible.

01

Recommendation

Automate new lead follow-up

Do now

What this means

When someone completes the form on your website, they automatically receive a useful reply, and their details are added to the system you already use to track customers, without anyone copying them across by hand.

Why it matters

Enquiries currently wait until somebody notices them. This removes the repetitive part and means new enquiries get a faster response.

Recommended approach

Start with the tools already being paid for before adding another platform. Check the features and permissions in your existing plans before assuming no new purchase is needed.

Tools to consider

  • Your existing CRM
  • Your current email system
Difficulty
Low
Impact
High
Priority
Do now

First step

Set up one automatic reply for new website enquiries and watch it for a week.

Can you do this yourself?

Yes, most likely. It is configuration rather than building, and the setup steps are included.

02

Recommendation

Stop redoing the same research every time

Do next

What this means

Instead of starting from a blank page for every new enquiry, you keep what you find in one place and reuse it. An assistant can search those saved notes and answer questions from them.

Why it matters

The same background work is currently repeated for every enquiry, which is time spent producing something you already had.

Recommended approach

Begin by collecting the research in one place. Only add an assistant on top once there is something worth searching.

Tools to consider

  • A shared notes tool you already use
  • ChatGPT or Claude, for drafting and summarising

Do next

First step

Pick one place to keep research notes, and put the next three there.

Can you do this yourself?

The first half, yes. The searchable assistant is easier with some setup help.

Also included

  • 052 more recommendations, in the same shape
  • 06What to leave exactly as it is
  • 07A 30-day plan, marked with what you can do yourself

  1. 01

    Situation assessment

A concise account of what you are trying to accomplish, what happens today, and the constraints that matter, written back to you so it is clear the situation was understood before anything was recommended.

    • Your goal
    • What happens today
    • Constraints
    • Existing tools
    • Context
  2. 02

    Friction and opportunity analysis

Up to three related priority friction points in one context. Repetition, bottlenecks, manual steps, fragmented tools, unclear processes and duplicated effort, named specifically rather than described in general terms.

    • Repetitive work
    • Bottlenecks
    • Manual steps
    • Fragmented tools
    • Unclear processes
    • Duplicated effort
    • Information problems
  3. 03

    AI and technology opportunities

Up to three principal recommendations for the related friction points, in priority order. Existing software, manual work and no change are valid answers. Each one explains what it means, why it matters, what would be involved and whether you could do it yourself — in plain language, before any technical detail. Some opportunities are a single setting in software you already pay for; some are a system worth building. Both count.

What an audit might uncover

Recommendations range from one small change to a complete system.

The right answer depends entirely on the situation. These are listed smallest first, because that is usually where the best return is.

  1. 01Use a feature already included in software you ownSmallest
  2. 02Change how the work is done
  3. 03Set up an existing AI tool properly
  4. 04Create a simple automationSomething routine happens on its own instead of someone remembering
  5. 05Connect two systems that do not talkInformation entered once appears everywhere it is needed
  6. 06Build an assistant that handles a specific jobOften called an AI agent: it does one defined task, with a person approving anything that matters
  7. 07Redesign a website
  8. 08Build custom softwareA tool built around your process, when nothing off the shelf fits
  9. 09Join several systems into one way of running the businessRare, and only worth it once the smaller changes are already workingLargest

A recommendation is never made because the technology exists. If a setting in software you already pay for solves the problem, that is what the audit says.

05

Included

Read the plan first. Then talk it through.

The written audit arrives first, so you can read it properly and form your own view. The 15-minute review call happens afterwards, when you already know what the recommendations are.

  1. 01Receive the completed audit
  2. 02Review it independently, in your own time
  3. 03Schedule the included 15-minute review
  4. 04Ask questions about anything unclear
  5. 05Understand the reasoning behind the priorities
  6. 06Confirm the best first step
  7. 07Decide what happens next
06

How it works

Answer the questions, submit it, read the plan.

The questionnaire is free to complete and the only part that needs your time. You pay the CA$49 when you submit it for review, and everything after that is either delivered to you or entirely your decision.

  1. 01

    Complete the questionnaire

Free, and no obligation. Explain what you want to accomplish, what happens today, which tools you use, and what could work better. No technical knowledge required.

  2. 02

    Submit it for review

CA$49, one time, paid when you send it. Your questionnaire is not submitted for review until payment is completed.

  3. 03

    Human-reviewed analysis

Your answers are queued for review. The situation is analysed, practical opportunities are identified, and everything is checked for relevance, practicality and fit.

  4. 04

    Receive your plan

The written audit arrives with recommendations, tools, priorities and first steps, each explained in plain language.

  5. 05

    Read it

Take your time with it before the conversation, so the call starts from what you already know.

  6. 06

    15-minute review call

Walk through the plan, ask questions, understand the reasoning, and clarify the best place to start.

  7. 07

    Choose what happens next

Do it yourself, get help with selected parts, have it built, or take the plan to someone else. Nothing further is required.

The completed AI & Efficiency Audit is delivered within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

07

After the audit

Three ways forward, and one of them costs nothing.

The audit is complete on its own. Nothing in it is written to create a reason to hire anyone.

  1. 01

    Do it yourself

Take the plan and run it.

The recommendations are written to be actioned without help: named tools, a priority order and a first step. The plan stands on its own and does not depend on hiring anyone.

  2. 02

    Get some help

    Assistance with selected parts.

Guidance on configuring a tool, designing a workflow, or getting one recommendation working properly, without committing to a full build.

    See how engagements are scoped

  3. 03

    Have it built

    For the larger opportunities.

Where an audit uncovers something substantial, Dekundy Group can scope and build it: AI agents, automations, CRM systems, websites, applications, dashboards, internal tools, research systems and integrations. Builds are quoted separately and covered by the Build Guarantee.

    See what can be built

The CA$49 audit never requires a follow-on purchase. If the honest answer is that you can do this yourself, the plan says so.

08

Honest scoping

When this is the right purchase.

Buy the audit if

  • You want to use AI or technology but do not know where to start.
  • You are weighing tools or approaches and want an outside, practical read.
  • You have an idea and want to know whether it is realistic before building anything.
  • You want a plan you can act on yourself, without hiring anyone.
  • Something in your week is repetitive and you suspect it should not be.
  • You have been told what you should do with AI and could not follow the explanation.

Start somewhere else if

  • You already know exactly what to build and want it built. Start with a build enquiry instead.
  • You need a full engineering specification or systems architecture. That is a Workflow & System Design.
  • You need a security audit, a compliance review, or legal or financial advice. The audit does not cover any of those.

You finish knowing

  • What could work better
  • Where AI or technology could help
  • Which approaches or tools deserve consideration
  • What to prioritize
  • What to avoid or postpone
  • What to do first

What CA$49 does not buy.

  • Exhaustive research or confidential-document analysis
  • A complete systems architecture
  • A technical engineering specification
  • A security audit
  • A CRM migration plan
  • Custom software development
  • Implementation of any kind
  • Unlimited consulting
  • Detailed financial modelling
  • Legal, financial or medical advice
  • A full business strategy engagement

One individual or small-business context, focused on up to three related priority friction points and principal recommendations. Fewer are appropriate when they give you the useful answer. The audit is a concise, human-reviewed assessment and a 30-day starting plan, including what to defer or leave alone.

Possible audit starting points

Not a service category. The way somebody actually describes the problem when asked.

  • I run a real estate business and spend too much time following up.

Find where follow-up depends on memory, and what can carry it instead.

  • I want to use AI but do not know which tools are actually useful.

Match tools to the work you actually do, and rule out the ones that do not fit.

  • I have an app idea but do not know where to start.

Work out what would need to exist, and what the smallest useful first version is.

  • I want to turn a website or a process into a proper application.

Decide whether that genuinely needs software, and what it would involve if so.

  • I run a small business and too much depends on me.

Identify which steps only exist in your head, and which can be made repeatable.

  • I want to automate the repetitive parts of my job.

Separate the genuinely repeatable steps from the ones that need judgment.

  • I need a better way to organize research and information.

Design a way of capturing and finding information that survives a busy week.

  • I want a website that actually connects to how my business works.

Map what should happen after someone fills in the form, then work backwards.

  • I want AI to make everyday work and admin easier.

Start from your actual week, not from a list of tools.

Questions

Before you buy

What is the AI & Efficiency Audit?

A written, human-reviewed plan built from a structured questionnaire about what you are trying to accomplish, how you work today, and which tools you use. It sets out where AI, automation, better tools or a better process could help, what to prioritize, what to leave alone, and what to do first. A 15-minute review call is included after you have received and read it.

Who is it for?

Business owners, people who work for themselves, people building or launching something, and individuals who simply want their work or admin to be easier. The questionnaire adapts to which of those you are.

Will I actually understand the recommendations?

Yes. The audit is written for a nontechnical reader. Every recommendation explains what it means, why it matters, what would be involved, how difficult it is, and what to do first, in plain language. If a recommendation cannot be explained clearly, it does not belong in the audit.

Is this just an AI-generated report?

No. AI is used as a working tool during research, comparison and drafting, in the same way any modern practitioner uses it. Every audit is then read, corrected and signed off by a person before it is sent, and anything that cannot be defended in the review call does not go in. You are buying a reviewed recommendation, not raw chatbot output.

What exactly will I receive?

A concise written audit for one context, with up to three principal recommendations and notes on what to defer or leave alone. It has six parts: situation assessment, friction and opportunity analysis, AI and technology opportunities, recommended tools and approach, a priority plan, and first steps with a 30-day plan. A 15-minute review call is included after delivery.

Does Dekundy Group receive commissions for recommending tools?

No. No affiliate fees, referral payments or commissions are taken from any tool named in an audit. Recommendations should be based on fit. Dekundy Group can separately earn implementation fees, but implementation is optional and the advice is yours to use elsewhere.

Do I have to hire Dekundy Group afterward?

No. The audit is complete on its own, with practical first steps and an honest explanation of where help is needed. There is no obligation of any kind.

When do I pay?

At the end. The questionnaire is free to complete and creates no obligation on either side. You pay the CA$49 when you choose to submit it for review, and your questionnaire enters human review only after payment is confirmed. Nothing else is charged at any point.

Do I need to share passwords or sensitive account access?

No. The standard questionnaire never asks for passwords, account access, or credentials, and you should not send them. Describing what your tools do is enough.

Is there a guarantee?

The Build Guarantee applies to implementation work, where success criteria are agreed in writing before anything is built. It does not apply to the audit, because an audit is a considered opinion rather than a delivered system. A paid audit can be refunded before delivery. After delivery, audits are generally not refundable, subject to applicable customer rights and any existing commitments. Request a refund by emailing adam@dekundygroup.com with your payment reference.

More questions(14)
Do I need to own a business?

No. The audit works just as well on how one person's week runs as it does on a company's operations. Employees, freelancers and people managing personal projects are all in scope.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No, and you are not expected to. Working out whether AI is even the right answer is part of what the audit does. Describing what you are trying to improve is enough.

Will I receive technical jargon?

Technical terms appear only where they genuinely help, and the plain explanation always comes first. You would read “a searchable assistant that answers questions using your own documents”, not “an LLM-based RAG pipeline”. The technical name is there if you want to look it up, never in place of the explanation.

Can I implement the recommendations myself?

Often, yes, and each recommendation says so directly. Where something is realistically a configuration job you can handle, the audit says that and gives you the first step. Where it genuinely needs help, it says that too. The balance depends on your situation; no change is a valid conclusion.

What information will I need to provide?

A structured questionnaire covering what you want to accomplish, how you handle it today, what takes too much time, which tools you use, and any constraints. It is written in plain language and needs no technical write-up.

How long is the review call, and when does it happen?

Fifteen minutes, scheduled after your audit has been delivered so you can read it first. That is deliberate: arriving already familiar with the recommendations is what makes a short call useful.

Can the recommendations cover personal productivity?

Yes. Research, organization, recurring admin, learning, project management and getting your existing tools working together are all legitimate subjects for an audit.

Can the audit evaluate a website or app idea?

Yes, at a directional level: whether custom development is warranted, whether an existing tool already solves it, whether a website is sufficient, what a first version might contain, and what order to build things in. It is not a detailed technical specification or a full architecture document.

Will specific tools be recommended?

Where a specific tool genuinely fits, yes, and it is named. Where the software you already own covers it, the audit says that instead. Sometimes the recommendation is to change nothing at all.

Can Dekundy Group implement the recommendations?

Yes, if you want that. Implementation is scoped and quoted separately as a Workflow & System Design or a Custom System Build, and builds are covered by the Build Guarantee. It is a separate decision, made after the audit.

What happens to my answers if I do not pay?

While you fill in the questionnaire, answers stay in this browser, with a local recovery copy where browser storage is available. When you continue to checkout, your answers are stored on our server before Stripe opens. They enter human review only after payment is confirmed. Unpaid server records become eligible for deletion after 7 days; a payment still processing has a 30-day window, and a failed payment has a new 7-day window. Expired records are removed when the next successful questionnaire submission runs cleanup, so deletion is not guaranteed on the expiry date. Paid records are excluded from that cleanup. Browser recovery copies expire when next opened after 30 days or can be removed by clearing site storage. Filling in the questionnaire does not commission an audit.

Will I lose my answers when I go to pay?

Your answers are stored on our server before checkout opens. A browser recovery copy also helps you return to the form where storage is available. Once paid, fulfillment does not depend on your browser or on returning from Stripe.

Can I take the plan to someone else?

Yes. The audit is yours. Give it to your own team, your existing developer, or another provider if that suits you better.

What is not included in the CA$49 audit?

It is not a complete systems architecture, an engineering specification, a security audit, a CRM migration plan, implementation, unlimited consulting, financial modelling, legal advice, or a full business strategy engagement. It is a prioritized opportunity assessment and a practical starting plan.
