Build My Idea · A Business project pathway
You have the idea. Let’s define the first useful version.
You know roughly what you want, who it could help and why it matters, but you cannot build it. Dekundy Group can help assess the smallest useful or sellable version and build it when appropriate. The project does not have to use AI.
No audit prerequisite. Bring a specific user, a first problem and an approximate budget. This is paid project work.
Keep the first version bounded
Build the useful piece first.
A small website or directory
A service website, focused directory or simple customer-facing utility can be the complete useful result.
A calculator or practical tool
Give a defined audience a useful way to calculate, compare, organize or complete a task.
A portal or small application
Start with one core user journey rather than a broad product with every possible feature.
A narrow software product
A lightweight product or SaaS tool may fit when existing software does not. Scope recurring costs, handover and customer responsibilities first.
Clear scope before a build quote.
If the idea needs discovery
Workflow & System Design starts from CA$750 for a suitably narrow brief. It clarifies the first user journey, buy-versus-build choice, assumptions, risks and operating costs. The conclusion can be not to build. Substantial discovery is paid work.
If the scope is already clear
Go directly to a fixed-price build proposal with milestones, acceptance criteria and handover. Custom builds start around CA$2,500; the actual price and whether the deliverable is a prototype or production product are agreed in writing.
You own and operate the business.
Dekundy Group delivers the agreed build and handover. You make business decisions, find customers, manage marketing and sales, and operate the company. Technical feasibility does not establish demand or guarantee revenue.
This is not a cofounding, investment, equity or revenue-share offer. Business operation, customer acquisition and product-market-fit guarantees are not included. Any ongoing support is separately scoped; the agreed delivery obligations still apply.
On full payment you receive the agreed project-specific deliverables and access needed to operate them. Reusable methods and third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.
