What you are buying

A downloadable digital guide or bundle: PDF guides, HTML reading copies and copy-ready text templates in one ZIP file. Each product page lists exactly what is included and what is not.

Products do not include an AI subscription or account, live software, automation, coaching or setup help.

Your First AI Employee in 60 Minutes (DP-003): CA$19.

Build Your First 4 AI Employees (DP-001): CA$59.

AI Starter Bundle (BN-A): CA$29.

Price, payment and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any tax that applies is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.

Payment is taken on a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Dekundy Group never sees or stores your card details.

Stripe emails a receipt when payment succeeds. The total shown on the Stripe page is the amount charged.

Delivery

Delivery is manual, not an instant download. Your ZIP file is sent from support@dekundygroup.com within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays), to the email address you used at checkout.

If your file has not arrived within one business day, check your junk folder, then email support@dekundygroup.com with the email address you paid with.

Licence

You may use the materials for your own learning and for the internal work of your own business, and adapt the templates and instructions for that use.

You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute or sublicense the files, or present them as your own product.

Refunds

We reply to refund requests within two business days. If a file is defective or missing, we will correct it or refund you as appropriate. Change-of-mind requests are considered case by case. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using AI tools responsibly

These are educational materials. AI tools make mistakes and change often. Check outputs before relying on them, keep sensitive information out of AI tools unless you are authorised to share it, and keep a person in charge of anything consequential. No result, time saving or income is guaranteed.

Privacy

Stripe processes your payment. Dekundy Group uses your name, email and order details only to deliver your files, provide support, keep business records and handle any refund or dispute. You will not be added to a marketing list without your consent.
