How the preorder works.
- Status
- Preorder. This guide is in production and isn't available yet.
- Delivery
- Delivery date to be confirmed. Preorders open only once a delivery date is set.
- Format
- One ZIP file emailed from support@dekundygroup.com, with the illustrated PDF handbook, copy-ready prompt files and printable templates. No software is installed.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time before delivery for a full refund by emailing support@dekundygroup.com. If we can't deliver by the stated date, we'll tell you before that date, and you can choose to wait or take a full refund. After delivery, the standard digital product refund terms apply.

After delivery
