How buying works.

- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any tax that applies is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
- Payment
- Payment is taken on a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Dekundy Group never sees or stores your card details.
- Delivery
- Delivery is manual, not an instant download. Your ZIP file is sent from support@dekundygroup.com within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays), to the email address you used at checkout.
- Format
- One ZIP file containing PDF guides, HTML reading copies and copy-ready text templates. No software is installed.

Refunds
